When employers need help resolving workplace disputes, Victoria Mariconti serves as part of their advisory team.
As an employment lawyer and litigator, Victoria resolves disputes stemming from all aspects of the employment relationship. Supporting the firm’s employment team, Victoria handles research, due diligence, contract drafting and review, depositions, case analysis, and case management.
Clients appreciate Victoria’s pragmatic approach to resolving employer-employee disputes. To do that, she draws upon firsthand business experience serving as a seconded attorney with Audax Group, a private equity firm specializing in leveraged buyouts, mezzanine capital and senior debt, primarily in middle-market companies. She also applies excellent research and analytical skills she developed as an intern with the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
No stranger to sustained focus and hard work, Victoria is a trained pianist with experience as a soloist, accompanist and liturgical musician. Victoria continues to play for parishes of the Boston Archdiocese.
