Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital in the sale of approximately 540 acres of undeveloped land in Prince George’s County, Maryland, to the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission. The transaction, one of the biggest single land acquisitions in the Commission’s history for conservation purposes, enabled the Council to establish an Outdoor Legacy Fund to expand outdoor programming for future generations of Girl Scouts in the region.
Rockefeller Group affiliates in joint venture investments involving a Class A office and retail development at The Boro in Tysons, Virginia, and the redevelopment of a trophy-class office building in Washington, D.C. Advised on structuring and execution of these complex, high-profile projects.
Skanska, in the acquisition of a 94,000-square-foot, high-density multifamily development site at Scotts Run in Tysons, Virginia. The transaction supports the company’s strategic expansion into one of the region’s premier transit-oriented communities.

The owner of the iconic Washington Hilton in the sale of the hotel to a joint venture between Oaktree Capital and Clearview Hotel Capital. The high-profile transaction involved structuring and execution of one of the most notable hospitality deals in the D.C. market.
The owner of 600 New Hampshire Avenue, NW, in the disposition of an office building in the Watergate complex to Washington Real Estate Investment Trust. The transaction was structured as a tax-protected contribution in exchange for down-REIT units, addressing both financial and strategic objectives for the client.
