Yaacov is an experienced capital markets, corporate and securities advisor. Across over forty years of practice, he has handled equity finance matters related to forming public and private investment and operating entities as well as capital formation transactions, such as public offerings and private placements of securities, joint venture transactions, private equity and venture capital investments. He also works on mergers and acquisitions, a variety of related financings, and the development of financial products.
