Biography
Overview
Peter Kaplan is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Peter works on transactional commercial real estate matters. He routinely conducts research and due diligence, and provides case analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, and development matters.
Before joining the firm, Peter was a legal extern with the City of Boston Law Department. He also served as a judicial intern with the First Circuit Court of Appeals drafting bench memoranda, researching substantive and procedural legal questions, and making recommendations on pending opinions.
Before becoming a lawyer, Peter was a math teacher instructing middle and high school students for 7 years in both Massachusetts and Michigan.
