Andrew Bensson is a real estate attorney focused on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing matters. Andrew counsels purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants in a range of commercial real estate matters involving office buildings, retail complexes, shopping centers, mixed-use developments as well as industrial and manufacturing spaces. He also advises real estate developers with permitting and public land use approval processes related to the properties they own and develop. Additionally, Andrew’s experience includes representing lenders, borrowers and developers in connection with construction and permanent financing.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was an associate with a mid-sized, Boston law firm as a member of their real estate team. While in law school, Andrew worked as an executive editor on the U.C.C. Commercial Law Digest. Prior to law school, Andrew taught in the Teach for America as a corps member in New Haven, Connecticut
