Dan Mancini is a real estate paralegal who manages commercial real estate ground leases and other property agreements. His experience includes drafting letter agreements and other legal correspondence, as well as compiling and analyzing lease language reports about tenants, either individually or as a whole for entire properties.
He also completes due diligence, including reading and analyzing leases to identify and extract key financial components of a lease and potential liabilities as related to prospective shopping centers/land.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Dan was a Lease & Asset Manager for the Massachusetts Port Authority. He has also worked as a Lease Portfolio Analyst for a retail development firm and as a Paralegal/Title Examiner for a Massachusetts law firm.
