Julia Rosequist is a real estate attorney. She handles commercial real estate leasing, acquisitions, sales and financing, frequently in relation to affordable housing and economic development projects.
Julia’s transactional practice includes counseling owners, buyers and sellers of commercial office and retail properties across the United States. She drafts and negotiated contracts, including purchase and sale agreements and leases, and she performs all related due diligence tasks.
Prior to joining the firm, Julia was a legal intern for Judge Keith C. Long of the Massachusetts Land Court and a law clerk with First Wind Energy, LLC.
