Commercial Development & Leasing
Advising real estate owners, developers and investors, Julia drafts and negotiates complex purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, ground leases, condominium documents, and sophisticated land use documents. She also structures complex, phased transactions, often involving new development, commercial condominiums, ground leases and master associations.
Known for her results-driven approach and notable achievements in complex commercial real estate transactions, Julia anticipates potential issues and brings creative solutions to resolve them. Clients particularly value her responsiveness and proven ability to identify, navigate and mitigate risks throughout their real estate transactions.
A Champion for Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility
Julia dedicates her time and talents to furthering issues related to equity, inclusion, and accessibility both in the workplace and in surrounding communities. Among her many efforts across the span of her career, Julia is currently a member of the firm’s Inclusion Advisory Committee and the Equity Initiative, focusing on creating opportunities for women and other diverse attorneys through increasing connections and opportunities for mentorship and sponsorship. She also recently served as a co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Lawyers Group.
