Alexandria advises U.S. corporations, S corporations, and REITs on the tax implications related to a variety of mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. They rely on her to research and provide sound advice on tax structures, facilitate stock purchase agreements, handle SEC filings, and draft prospectus disclosures for the issuances of equity securities. Her experience extends into tax planning in connection with estate plans and trusts, as well as limited liability company agreements for both single-member and multi-member manager-managed limited liability companies holding real estate.
In addition to her legal experience, Alexandria draws on her background working at PWC, where she advised private equity and hedge fund clients on cross-border transaction structuring and tax planning.
