Jason is Co-Chair of the firm's International Investors group and represents domestic and foreign institutional clients in equity and debt investments in real estate, infrastructure and natural resources through funds, co-investments, joint ventures and REITs. In addition, Jason represents clients on a broad range of real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, occupancy and ground leases, sale-leasebacks, development and financing.
