Stacey Mordas is a paralegal in both the firm’s Corporate Group and its Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group. In her role as a corporate paralegal, Stacey is responsible for meeting a broad range of client needs, including business entity formations, qualifications, maintenance filings, reorganizations, and dissolutions.
She also serves as the firm’s trademark administrator and supports attorneys in the firm’s intellectual property practice.
In her role as a bankruptcy and restructuring paralegal, Stacey helps attorneys with bankruptcy and finance matters. Her experience includes court filings, research through the bankruptcy courts, finance closings, pleadings assistance, and UCC filings. Stacey works with all of the bankruptcy courts, as well as federal district courts.
