For over 20 years, Bill has worked closely with Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation. This community-based nonprofit organization is dedicated to enhancing physical, economic and social well-being of the Nubian Square neighborhood of Roxbury. Bill currently serves as pro bono counsel to “Nuestra”, overseeing a relationship between the firm and the client that includes a full range of legal services.

Our team has worked with this client to develop more than one-and-a-half million sq. ft. of new mixed-use development in the iconic Fenway neighborhood of Boston.
