Goulston & Storrs Director Carla Reeves Named a 2025 Go To Employment Lawyer by Mass Lawyers Weekly

Reeves is a Director in the firm's Employment Group, where she focuses her practice on employment counseling, litigation, and workplace investigations. She advises clients in a variety of industries as they navigate complex employment laws and, when disputes arise, represents clients before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. In addition, she develops and delivers customized training programs on strategies for preventing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace, and conducts cultural assessments to help clients foster more inclusive environments. As a trained investigator, Reeves conducts investigations of reports of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace misconduct.

Reeves earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Union College.
