Corporate finance transactions including leveraged finance transactions and capital markets involving syndicated institutional loans, secured credit facilities, secured/unsecured high-yield debt offerings, mezzanine debt issuances, and general corporate governance matters are the focus of Jesse Rubinstein's practice. As an Associate in the firm's New York office, Jesse represents commercial banks, lenders, agents, private equity funds, investment banks, mezzanine funds, initial purchasers, underwriters, and corporations with a focus on general corporate and finance matters.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Jesse was a corporate finance associate at the New York office of an Am Law 100 law firm. During his tenure, Jesse spent a year as a legal secondee to a major financial institution serving as in-house counsel to its asset management division, asset management placement agent, and secondary private equity fund.
