October 30, 2017Press Releases

The Legal Talent team at Goulston & Storrs is growing under the leadership of our new Chief Legal Talent Officer, Karen Febeo. We are looking for enthusiastic legal recruitment and talent development professionals to join our modern, vibrant law firm, where serious business is conducted with genuine camaraderie and fun, our people are paramount, and where mutual respect drives open discussion, fresh ideas and optimal solutions for our clients.

With more than 200 lawyers in our Boston, New York and Washington, D.C. offices, Goulston & Storrs is a powerhouse law firm that offers leading-edge service to local, regional and global clients in need of corporate, capital markets, finance, litigation, and real estate counsel. Our private client group also features one of the largest and most well-established trust and estate practices in New England, serving wealthy clients, families and charitable foundations across the country.

On the front lines as ambassadors for our law firm, the members of our Legal Talent team will implement the firm’s targeted growth plan with the resounding support and resources of firm leadership. This team will lead the firm’s efforts to grow our practices in each of our core markets by strategic talent acquisition – and retain and advance our existing legal talent by delivering cutting-edge, relevant professional development programs to our lawyers. Legal Talent team members will also serve as stewards of the firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion as fundamental components of the firm’s recruitment, retention, development and advancement of a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace.
