On the front lines as ambassadors for our law firm, the members of our Legal Talent team will implement the firm’s targeted growth plan with the resounding support and resources of firm leadership. This team will lead the firm’s efforts to grow our practices in each of our core markets by strategic talent acquisition – and retain and advance our existing legal talent by delivering cutting-edge, relevant professional development programs to our lawyers. Legal Talent team members will also serve as stewards of the firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion as fundamental components of the firm’s recruitment, retention, development and advancement of a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace.
