Goulston & Storrs Bolsters Boston Real Estate Practice with Associate Additions from Top Am Law Firm and Leading Investment Management Company

Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce that it has bolstered its Real Estate practice group in Boston with the addition of two seasoned associates. J. David Holtzmuller joins from top 5 Am Law 100 firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Michael J. Riley joins from Audax Group, a leading investment management company.

Dave Holtzmuller advises clients in a variety of US and international transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, leases, partnerships and joint ventures, loan restructurings and workouts. In addition to his time in the New York office of Skadden, Dave also served as Of Counsel at the Massachusetts Port Authority for a year, where he represented the organization in a variety of aviation, maritime and real estate development transactions.

Dave earned his JD from Boston College Law School and his BBA from the College of William and Mary. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.

Commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, construction, and lending are the focus of Michael Riley's practice. Michael’s clients include developers, private equity funds, financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, and other organizations. Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Michael served as Corporate Counsel for Audax Group, where he represented the company in a number of legal matters.

Michael received his JD from Boston College Law School and his BA from Stonehill College. He is a member of the Massachusetts bar.
