Goulston & Storrs Moving to 730 Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan

Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that it is relocating its New York office to 730 Third Avenue in midtown Manhattan on August 1, 2023. The move will increase the firm’s office footprint to 30,000 square feet (up from 25,000) to accommodate Goulston & Storrs’ growing headcount and continued expansion plans. The firm signed a ten-year lease (with renewal options).

Goulston & Storrs’ new office is located in a Class A building owned by Nuveen, a global investment management firm. The building serves as Nuveen’s headquarters. Nuveen recently completed an expansive redevelopment of the building. The list of tenant amenities includes: 5,000 square feet of conferencing facilities, a 7,000 square foot landscaped terrace, a fully equipped fitness center with locker rooms, a dynamic food hall with a rotation of offerings, informal workspaces, and a golf simulator lounge. The office tower also has smart glass windows which help to reduce energy usage, and is LEED Gold, Wired Gold, and Fitwel certified.

Replacing the firm’s current two-floor configuration, the new space brings the Goulston & Storrs New York office together on a single, larger floor, which will allow the firm to enhance collaboration and employee interaction. Individual attorney offices are efficiently designed, creating more space for shared areas where colleagues can communicate, collaborate, and otherwise take advantage of in-person interaction.

Goulston & Storrs opened its New York office in 2003, which is currently home to 45 attorneys and 54 employees total. The firm handles a wide range of corporate, litigation, private client, real estate, and tax matters for clients throughout the country.
