Biography

Overview

Dan Mancini is a leasing analyst and lease negotiator for the firm. His experience includes business and legal negotiations for leasing deals, drafting leases and associated legal documents and correspondence, as well as performing leasing due diligence, including reading and analyzing leases to identify and extract key financial and legal components.

Dan handled real estate and leasing paralegal work for Goulston & Storrs for several years and returns to the firm after working as the Director of Lease Administration for Clarks Shoe Company. In that role, he managed the North American region’s real estate portfolio reporting to the Global Group Properties Director in the UK. Dan’s experience includes working as a Lease Portfolio Analyst for a retail development firm, a Lease & Asset Manager for a Boston area quasi-government agency, and as a Paralegal/Title Examiner for a Massachusetts law firm.
