Biography
Overview
Chase Johnson is a real estate attorney whose practice encompasses a wide range of development, land use and transactional matters. His experience includes assisting clients with acquisitions and dispositions, financing, zoning, permitting, and environmental impact reviews.
Prior to joining the firm, Chase was a summer clerk with the Office of the Vermont Attorney General’s Criminal Division. In this role, he drafted briefs, conducted research, and provided support for a multi-day jury trial. An excellent writer and researcher, Chase was a Notes Editor of the Michigan Journal of Environmental & Administrative Law as a student in law school.
