Chase Johnson is a law clerk in the firm’s real estate group. His experience includes legal research, due diligence, and the preparation of documentation for clients across the real estate industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Chase was a summer clerk with the Office of the Vermont Attorney General’s Criminal Division. In this role, he drafted briefs, conducted research related to criminal procedure, rules of evidence, mutual legal assistance treaties, and provided support for a multi-day jury trial. An excellent writer and researcher, Chase was a Notes Editor of the Michigan Journal of Environmental & Administrative Law as a student in law school.
