Jenny McGee oversees Goulston & Storrs’ accounting operations, guiding strategic financial decisions that keep the firm fiscally-sound. Integral to the firm’s financial health, Jenny oversees a highly competent team that conducts financial statement audits, manages the firm’s general ledger, produces monthly financial reporting, drives treasury-related efficiencies, produces annual and quarterly expense forecasting and analysis, and handles all federal and state tax applications.

Partnering with business operations leaders across the firm, Jenny is a proactive professional who continually strives to build upon the most current accounting controls for the firm. She ensures adherence to complex requirements at the firm, state, and federal level. Her team provides important structure through policies and procedures to guide appropriate spending using sophisticated methods for budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Jenny employs a methodical, detailed style to build important and efficient pathways for compliance through organization-wide accounting best practices.

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs in 2019, Jenny was the Manager of Treasury and Compliance at a major, global law firm. In this senior role, she handled a wide range of deadline-driven matters with the firm’s large accounting staff, including managing the U.S. and international financial statement audits and associated tax compliance. She applies this important knowledge to developing, updating, and implementing important business practices for Goulston & Storrs.
