Kathleen Quinn is a corporate paralegal supporting the firm’s attorneys on a range of business transactions. Kathleen is involved in a wide range of matters for national and multinational public corporations as well as privately held corporations at all stages of development. She drafts and manages documentation for critical business transactions such as banking and finance, bankruptcy and restructuring, employment, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, and emerging companies.

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Kathleen was a litigation paralegal at a Massachusetts litigation boutique assisting in preparations for arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Her experience includes drafting pleadings, maintaining case files, and document production. She also handles filing court documents at the federal and state courts in Massachusetts, New York, and California. Her experience also includes analyzing domestic class action securities matters.
