Overview

Lindsay Kizekai is an associate in the firm’s Private Client & Trust Group. Located in the firm’s Boston office, Lindsay works with clients on matters relating to estate planning, wills, and trusts. Lindsay also supports the firm’s transactional real estate team in a range of commercial matters, including conducting research, legal analysis, due diligence, and other activities related to acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, development, zoning, and permitting.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsay was an intern with Atlantic Global Risk, an insurance broker focused on designing complex products for businesses. Before attending law school, Lindsay spent eight years at Blackstone Valley Prep Mayoral Academy (BVP), as both a teacher and human resources professional. Her most recent role at BVP was Director of Human Capital, where she developed and implemented annual strategic plans for sourcing, hiring, staff diversity, and candidate experience. She also handled personnel policies that reflect the organization’s value of inclusivity. As a senior professional, Lindsay led personnel investigations and counseled heads of schools on disciplinary issues, performance improvement plans, and employment terminations. This business experience is foundational to her practical, objective approach to working with the firm’s clients.
