Molly Quinn

Biography

Overview

Molly Quinn is an experienced litigator who is focused on resolving complex disputes on behalf of insurers, corporate entities, and individuals. Molly represents clients on a broad array of cases involving commercial real estate, design and construction, employment and labor, and trust and estates.

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Molly served for three years as a construction associate in a reputable mid-sized Boston law firm. In addition, Molly served for two years as a litigation associate in a multi-practice law firm, handling matters related to design and construction defects, environmental conditions, employment discrimination, non-compete agreements, actions for breach of contract, and professional negligence.

Throughout her years of practice, Molly has gained experience handling in-person, remote, and hybrid hearings in state courts throughout Massachusetts, New York, and Connecticut. Molly also has experience with both mediation and arbitration and has successfully resolved disputes and negotiated settlements in matters sponsored by the American Arbitration Association, the International Center for Dispute Resolution, and JAMS.
