Biography

Overview

Olivia Torres is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Located in Goulston & Storrs’ Washington DC office, Olivia supports the firm’s transactional real estate group handling all types of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, land use, and development. She provides important research, due diligence, analysis, and general support.

Prior to joining the firm, Olivia was a legal intern with the Honorable J. Nicholas Ranjan. In that role, she analyzed motions, conducted research, and prepared legal memoranda for use in a range of rulings. Olivia also worked as a student attorney with the Michigan Innocence Clinic investigating claims of actual innocence and representing clients in post-conviction relief proceedings.
