Biography

Overview

Sara Wilbraham is an attorney in the firm’s real estate group. She works on a range of matters related to the acquisition, disposition, development of commercial properties, joint ventures and financing.

Sara represents purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. She also represents lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions.

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Sara was an associate at a Boston litigation firm where she handled a broad range of civil litigation matters.
