Biography

Overview

Victoria Mariconti is an employment lawyer and litigator in the firm’s Boston office who works to advise employers and resolve disputes stemming from all aspects of the employment relationship. Victoria supports the firm’s employment team through research, due diligence, contract drafting and review, depositions, case analysis, and case management. She rejoins Goulston & Storrs after being a summer associate in 2020.

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Victoria was a seconded attorney with Audax Group, a private equity firm specializing in leveraged buyouts, mezzanine capital and senior debt, primarily in middle-market companies. During law school, Victoria completed an internship with the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps in Naples, Italy. In this role, she researched and analyzed case and statutory law to assist JAG officers in defending sailors before the military criminal courts and administrative separation boards. Prior to law school, Victoria worked for Boston College’s Office of University Advancement and was a Fulbright grantee to Poland. No stranger to focus and hard work, Victoria is a trained pianist with experience as a soloist, accompanist and liturgical musician. Victoria continues to play for parishes of the Boston Archdiocese.
