• Representation of a bank in connection with a $50 million secured credit facility for a private real estate company owning properties throughout the Southeast.
• Representation of a developer in connection with various permanent and construction financings for shopping centers located throughout New England.
• Representation of a real estate investment firm in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of office buildings located throughout the United States.
