Overview

Elizabeth (Liz) Johnson is a real estate attorney who represents developers, REITs, and real estate investment firms in acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture arrangements, preferred equity investments, mortgage and mezzanine loan originations and refinancings, and commercial leases. Liz is responsible for drafting purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, leases, legal opinions, organizational documents, and ancillary loan documents.
