The Massachusetts Bar Association’s Complex Commercial Litigation Council invites you to its Eighth Annual Complex Commercial Litigation Conference in person at Suffolk University Law School. Director Jen Furey will present on a panel about intellectual property issues that arise in business litigation. She will speak alongside  Krish Gupta from Dell Technologies. She will also be joined by Supreme Judicial Court Justice Dalila Argaez Wendlandt. 

This conference is offered as a hybrid. Attendees can attend virtually but are strongly encouraged to attend in person. We will send information on remote participation prior to the program. The conference will be held in-person at Suffolk University Law School on Tuesday, April 25. Registration opens at 2:00 p.m. with programming to follow from 2:30-5:30.
