Biography

Overview

Rebecca Tunney assists individuals and families with effective estate plans involving estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, transfer tax planning, estate and trust administration, international tax planning, charitable giving and business succession planning.

In addition to her domestic practice, Rebecca has particular experience with Canadian-U.S. estate planning, assisting families on all matters involving cross-border estate, income, personal and business tax planning.

Rebecca is a member of both the Massachusetts and Florida bar.
